180C 1/4 Gastronorm Lid

Introducing our 180C 1/4 Gastronorm Lid – a part of an innovative range from Harfield,

designed to replace single use foil and plastic containers.

Available in charcoal colour with marble effect. Compatible with 1/4 Gastronorm Base (product code: 1011CHA).

The operating temperatures of the lids are -20°C to +180°C and with their excellent resistance to sudden extremes of temperature, our 180C range is also suitable for blast freezing/chilling. These properties mean that you can use the same product for cooking, microwaving, steaming, serving and freezing.

Please note that this gastronorm lid is not suitable for induction hob cooking and to be applied to direct heat, such as gas flames, oven rings ,etc.

Our 180C range is made from a high performance PET plastic, which has EU and FDA approval for food contact.

Harfield’s 180°C products offer easy handling with their lighter weight and resistance to chipping comparing to dishes made from other materials. Dishes are safe to touch within minutes for safer as well as speedier service. These lids are very durable, but as they are not polycarbonate, they are not unbreakable.

Dishwasher and steriliser safe. They are very easy to clean as well as stain resistant due to their naturally non-stick qualities.

1/8 gastronorm size with optional lid is also available in the range (product codes: 1017CHA & 1035CHA). Ideal for single portions.
